By accessing and using Opinion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue your use of our platform immediately.

Opinion empowers you to create, distribute, and analyze polls. To maintain a safe environment, you agree not to use the service for:

• Distributing malicious content, spam, or phishing links
• Harassing, abusing, or impersonating other individuals
• Violating local, state, national, or international laws
• Attempting to exploit or disrupt our infrastructure

You retain full ownership of all polls, questions, and content you create on the platform. However, by publishing a poll, you grant Opinion a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content strictly for the purpose of operating the service.

You represent and warrant that your content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to publish your content. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for any user who violates these terms or engages in behavior that compromises the security or integrity of the service. You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard or by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 90 days unless retention is required by law.

Opinion is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or perfectly accurate analytics. In no event shall Opinion or its maintainers be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through informal negotiation before any legal action is pursued.
